Stir Fried Thai Beef

Preparation time:

  • 300 g stir fry beef
  • 250 g UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice
  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Thai Coconut Curry Sauce
  • 6 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 150 g sugar snap peas or mange tout
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Why not try?

Use turkey or pork stir fry instead


  1. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the beef for 3-5 minutes, until browned
  2. Add the spring onions, pepper and mange tout and cook for 3-5 minutes
  3. Add the sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice, stir well and serve immediately
